Hi, I'm Daniel. I've worked in the media industry as a journalist, in the creative sector designing websites, and now in Higher Education as a communication specialist. Throughout my career I've presented ideas in a way that demonstrate value, and told stories that capture the imagination.

Whether you're new to academia as a PhD researcher or an experienced Professor looking to explore new ways to share your work, Online Academic is dedicated to helping you.

You're an expert in your field but it can be difficult to know where to begin when navigating the ever-changing world of social media, building websites, PR and producing media.

I produce easy to follow guides to help you build your presence online and navigate the PR and media world.

Who is this for?

This is for the academic community. Although some guides are general information on how elements work, it is tailored for those who are in the research community—whether you're studying for a PhD, a seasoned Professor or running communications on behalf of a project.
